1) What are the benefits of having a Wedding Planning team?

Most couples already have a busy daily schedule; to ensure you have the right people involved in creating your wedding day takes time and energy. A Wedding Planning team is there to alleviate the time and stress in organising your wedding. Their expertise and experience is shared with you to enable you to make the right choice and decision ensuring everything is perfect on your big day.

2) What experience and training do you have in planning and co-ordinating Weddings?

We are highly qualified in business studies, project management, customer services, budget management and design. We have unique people skills and we believe we have the skills, ability and professionalism to deliver a high quality service to you.

3) Are there any hidden costs I should worry about?

Absolutely none! As a company founded on integrity, we promise that there will be no surprises. We will keep you informed at all stages of the planning.

4) Can I change any part of the package at all?

All packages come as standard but if you would like to change any part then this is always possible. Under our Terms of Business any changes would be subject to costs either being added or reduced with complete versatility.

5) How far in advance should I start planning my Wedding?

You should obviously give as much time to it as possible but with a team behind you to help you every step of the way, anything is possible.

6) When do I need to pay my deposit?

A deposit will be required on booking our services to enable us to continue with the planning and organising of your big day. The remainder is required 7 days prior to the Wedding date.

7) Will everything be alright on the day?

We hope so, as everything will have been cheked and double checked, however should anything arise you will have a team by your side on the day and you will have people to help with any issue that may arise.

8) What happens about cancellations?

Should an unfortunate situtation arise where the Wedding needs to be cancelled then the following costs would apply. Weddings cancelled one week prior to the day will incur 50% of the full total to be paid. One month prior to the day will incur 35% of the full total to be paid. 3 months plus will incur 25% of the full total to be paid. (Not including Platinum Tailor Made Package see Terms of Business)
