Free no time limit consultation: we offer a free no limit consultation in your home or at a venue to meet your needs. We will give you the time you need to understand the special requirements that will make your wedding day special. The most frequent question we are asked is; Will everythng be ok on the day? the best answer we can give will be; We hope so, as everything will have been checked and double checked, however should anything arise you will have a team by your side on the day, you will have people to help with any issue that may arise.

Master of Ceremonies; this is an area where nerves can play a major part of the downfall of your day. The Master will be on hand working with the Lady in Waiting making sure the speeches are in the correct order and help the speakers overcome nerves without the aid of alcohol. You will find the Master of Ceremonies and the Lady in Waiting an invaluable service on the day.

Lady in Waiting; you will not believe how valuable this lady will be on your wedding day. She will be with you two hours before you are due to be married up until the wedding breakfast has finished. She will also be the lady that has been part of the wedding consultation team therefore been known to you and be at your side to calm the nerves and smooth the way for the day to be a success.

Budget Management; all the way through the planning we will keep you informed of the level of expenditure thus allowing you to keep control.
Car for the Bride; large amounts of money can be spent on this aspect of the day. We believe we can give you a car that meets your needs and you would feel comfortable with and at the same time looking nice.
Wedding Invitations; guest names would be handwritten by our calligrapher giving them a more personal touch or printed invitations can be arranged. It is imperative that dates are kept to as this is the basis for the start of the wedding planning. We will also mail out the invitations for you.
Table Seating Plan; this can be a headache. Methodical seating is a vital part of the day running well. By letting us discuss your requirements we will again overcome any issues that may arise. Once again with an option of handwritten or a printed plan is available.
Favours; we would also recommend that favours are tailor made to your wishes. Many people go for the standard favours and we try and find something a little different just to give you the edge over other weddings.
Wedding Day Planner Guide; this is the major tool of the wedding day running smoothly. It's a check and tick system and then check again, just to make sure! YOU CAN NEVER BE TOO SURE.
Place Names; once the seating plan has been agreed and all parties are happy the name places can be handwritten by our calligrapher ready for the table.
Table Balloons & Flower Arrangements; as this is the focal point for the reception, these items would be made in the colours of your choice with colour co-ordination being the main priority.
Wedding Cakes; this is a major part of the wedding breakfast as its tradition that the cake is cut by the newlyweds. Cakes of our times are changing and we are able to offer a wide range of cakes to meet all tastes. All cakes can again be made to match your colour or theme of the day. All cakes are made by a well experienced lady, with years of service and an outstanding knowledge of traditional and contemporary cakes.
Photographer; what can we say, people look back on your Wedding photo's in years to come. We have an exciting young photographer as a part of the 'Shoestring' team, with an eye for the special picture. Also with the technology of today the range of pictures you will have to choose from will be immense. Pictures in black & white will also be an option; your final selection will be presented to you in an album plus a disk of additional photos taken.
The Wedding Breakfast; a major part of the day therefore a major part of your expenditure. We believe we have overcome this major issue by offering a buffet style breakfast, served at the table by our staff; nobody will leave the table hungry. A four course meal will be served with coffee/tea & mints. As a family we have been catering at functions for over 30 years. The buffet style breakfast is an ideal way to solve the problem of what to pick as a selection will be on offer on the day. The selection being made by you prior to the day.
The Honeymoon & Taxis; this is the time you need to recover from the months of preparation and worry. Take a break on the sunny Island of Malta at Mellieha Bay with your own apartment with sea views and private balcony. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people (if you want to take that many with you!) With local amenities a discrete distance away. We would arrange to take you to the airport so that you can start enjoying your honeymoon straight away.
Post Event Management; probably as important as the main part of the day itself. After the wedding is over we will tidy up the mess just to make sure things are returned to normal and hired items have been returned safe and sound.
Thank you Letters; even down to this sometimes forgotten part of the occasion. A thank you is a must and an area that, in many cases, fails to be done. We will produce all your thank you letters for you and even post them out if required.
